My name is April Guffey. I have been married to an amazing man for almost 9 years, and have two beautiful daughters, ages 4 and 2. We live in beautiful Oregon where we take advantage of the amazing outdoors by hiking, floating, and camping, but also look forward to beginning to paddle board, mountain bike (my husband is great at it, I still haven’t taken the plunge), and just explore this surrounding area more.

My husband recently switched over from active duty military to the Air Force guard, and that has been a defining moment for both of us, because it has brought on major transition in almost all aspects of our lives. We continue to work through that and are excited to see how God will use it for His and our glory, even if it is painful at times.

I am starting this blog for a few reasons; I have always loved to write; it is therapeutic for me and I love being able to touch and inspire people through my wiring. I am also just now starting to explore what I want to be when I grow up, and I know I want writing to be a part of that.
